And also it brings people a colorful landscape, the culture of Yelang and Miao minority, Karst scenery, wine and gong tea and so on are all unique in China, wherever you go, Guizhou is the only place for you to enjoy these wonderful things.
Huangguoshu Waterfall 

There is no need to give a brief introduction of Huangguoshu Waterfall, in other words, no word can describe such a wonder perfectly. As a saying goes, “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.” It also applies to the waterfall. Huangguoshu Waterfall is of great momentum and has warm blood in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. It is the King of waterfalls without a doubt and it belongs to Guizhou.
Huangguoshu Waterfall is one of the most famous waterfalls in the world, it’s a kind of giant and rare waterfalls in the karst region and is located in east longitude 105 ° 41 ‘, north latitude 25 ° 55 ‘. From the white water river, part of dabang river basin, it connects north and south, when it arrived at huangguoshu, a large longitudinal slope shaped Huangguoshu Waterfall, the water after falls around west, an approximate semicircle arc chord lengths 500 meters, out west 300 meters, upon reaching the water rushed the beaches of the screw, the flow of recovery from north to south.
Xijiang Miao Village 
Xijiang Miao Village is 36000 meters northwest of Leishan, in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou province, China. There lives the Miao’s lineage. Thousands of houses are standing door-to-door, surrounded by many hills, alongside them are layers of terraced fields. In addition, you will see the village is divided into two parts by White River. All these things become a beautiful scenery line. Can you feel being there?
Several stilted buildings were built tier upon tier in the village, which has become a feature, and decorated by bamboos. It usually has three floors and basements of it are often cobble stone and green stone. The first floor is for domestic animals, the second floor is for people to live and the third floor is used to store food crops. When you are invited to a house, you are lucky enough to watch a Miao girl doing embroidery with patience in a long bench. People call it “a beauty against the bench”. Walking in the quartzite on the road, you will smell a scent from maple tree rows.

Surrounded by river that has flowed over thousand years, it seems that all the scenes about local ancient people’s life all come to you: you could see people washing clothes by the side of river, talking to passers-by on their way home, and even enjoying a cup of tea in their balcony. Modern life has brought us polluted air and noise, which make us sick. Thus, we are so eager to run away from city and get close to nature. Woke up in the morning at 9am, it was a day before the new term started, I was ready for my Xitang Trip and I can’t wait anymore.

It was a sunny day, sunshine sprinkled on the earth, although it was still winter, warmness came to me unconditionally, which brought me nice mood. I set out from Hangzhou East Railway Station, taking high-speed train to Jiashan county, which took around half an hour and I just needed 27 yuan for the train.

I booked a room in an inn inside Xitang scenic spot(not very expensive, normally 80 yuan for weekdays and 180 for weekends, but if you go on holiday season it would be more expensive), the owner picked me up at the gate and bought ticket for me——half price as 50 yuan (if you buy it yourself it would be 100 yuan for adults and 80 for students).

There are many lovely, romantic stores. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at the corner of a house, of a cup of milk tea with your friends chatting, laughing for the whole afternoon. Moreover, you could find shops that sell postcards and of course you can send them to yourselves and your friends. What the funny is that you could set a date when you want to send the postcard out, and the shopkeeper would do it for you according to the date you write down. Oh! I forgot to say: the ticket could be a postcard as well!

Although ancient towns of regions south of the Yangtze River look almost the same, like Wuzhen (in Tongxiang), Luzhi Town (in Suzhou), Nanxun Town (in Huzhou), each has its own unique. Take the bars in Xitang for example. Some people think bars in ancient town is unacceptable, or it’s weird to have bars in ancient town. But I think it is exactly the special aspect that differs. It’s the combination of the modern and the ancient.

Now that I have come to the water town, don’t miss the chance to take a boat and travel Xitang in a different angle.

As you can see in the water upside, the water of the river is green and it may make you feel that it’s dirty, but it doesn’t smell. Taking a boat you can see some other sceneries that you can’t see by traveling on foot. You would see local people drinking tea on their balcony, washing clothes by the side of the river and tourists sitting on the stairs taking photo.

Besides, Xitang is an old but romantic ancient town. People who come to Xitang must put away a lantern to the river and wish for what you want! There are many shapes of lantern you can choose,most of them are made as flower, like sunflower, chrysanthemum, rose, and so on. It’s a tradition of Xitang as well. People in the old day often do this to bless health, love and happiness. So it is also an unmissable experience!

When I first heard the name of Vatican, it must be in the Japanese Comic. Because there are many fantastic elements in the animation creations which referred to religions that grew up in Vatican prosperously. After that, I get a little information about Vatican from our geographical books that it’s the smallest country around the world for its territorial area which is only 0.44 sq. km.

In order to be more close to the comic world, I become interested in this mysterious country. Let’s view Vatican at once!

The Vatican is a city full of artistic breath and religious, although the Vatican in geography is a small country, but due to the Catholic faith population in the whole world, in the political and cultural and other fields ,it has a worldwide influence.

If you want to travel Vatican, never miss the St. Peter’s Basilica regarded as one of the holiest Catholic sites. Both the appearance and history of St Peter’s make it worth visiting. One observer wrote: “St Peter’s Basilica is the reason why Rome is still the center the civilized world. For religious, historical, and architectural reasons it by itself justifies a journey to Rome, and its interior offers a palimpsest of artistic styles at their best…” The basilica is cruciform in shape, with an elongated nave in the Latin cross form .The entire interior of St. Peter’s is lavishly decorated with marble, reliefs, architectural sculpture and gilding . After admiring the St. Peter’s Basilica, we can move to the St. Peter’s Square which is also the most famous and biggest square in Rome. It is a massive plaza located directly in front of St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City, At the center the square is a four-thousand-year-old Egyptian obelisk, erected at the current site in 1568. The people who had watched “angels & demons” may feel a lot about Vatican, I am not the exception ,too. 1. Xianghu Station: You can take subway to this station, and go to Xiang Lake, which is called West Lake’s sisters lake. West Lake is more in water, while water, mountains, trees and bridges collocated together in Xiang Lake. Nothing would be better than it. You can walk, or take a bicycle, along the road, the road is not wide, and with lake on the left and mountains on the right. Just wander, maybe you will come across a bridge, or slide into a side path, and to find a new view, like a surprise. Nothing would be better. Compared with West Lake, Xiang Lake is more crude and natural, and is quieter. You can also go to amusement park, such as Hangzhou amusement park or Hangzhou World Leisure Expo Garden. They are close in that area. The gardens are so big that you can play in it whole day long.

Fee: Xiang Lake, good things are free, it’s no entrance tickets.

Route: To Xianghu, you can take bus No.344 to Yuefenglou Station or No.405 to Yaoliwu Station and walk for a while. To Hangzhou World Leisure Expo Garden, you can take bus No.714 to Xishan tunnel station.

 

2. Xixing Station: It’s near the Xixing Ancient Town. Just as many ancient towns, Xixing Ancient Towns has wonderful old buildings and a specific atmosphere, but it was more quiet and pure. What’s more, this town is the end of The Grand Canal from Beijing to Hangzhou, it bear too much weight of Hangzhou’s history.

Fee: it’s no entrance tickets.

Route: After you get out of the metro station, you are in the town.

 

3. Ding’ an Station& Longxiangqiao Station: Shopping, shopping, and shopping! You will find this theme after you get out to the ground. It’s a good place to go shopping. There are many shopping malls such as Intime department store, Jiebai commercial and other shops. You can shop there as you want. Another choice is Hefang Street, it has different shopping experience from above. In the evening, it’s a good idea to hang about the Wushan night market. Except shopping, you can visit Fenghuang Temple. What’s more, Longxiang Bridge Station is not far from the West Lake, you can go to the west lake in few minutes.

 

4. West Lake Culture Square Station: Near the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, there located the West Lake Culture Square. The square is circular, in the middle is opening, half of it is around by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. In a bridge on the Grand Canal, there was an amazing sculpture. The sculpture is long and is lied on the ground, be carved with a long groove, it’s obvious that the grove shape the shape of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The groove is not simple, in the groove it can be seen the typical scenery of the canal’s bank from Hangzhou to Beijing. It’s elaborate so it may catch your eyes. If visit museums are high on your agenda, you can’t miss it. Zhejiang Museum of natural history, Zhejiang province science and Technology Museum, Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Zhejiang culture and Art Center and so on, are exciting with hearing such many name? You can get to all this easily in this station. They are on the West Lake Culture Square.

5. Gaosha Road Station: Gaosha road is the heaven of cates. Full of many kinds of restaurants, Gaosha Road contents you various requirement of foods. If you get off the subway at this station, just prepare your empty stomach and open your mouth to eat.

 

 6. Linping Station: Linping Park is where you can go. Linping Park is not an open area in the flat ground. It is on the Linping Mountain. On one side of a narrow road, the word LINPING PARK is not conspicuous, as there grows trees around. Walk up the footstep that behind the trees, and you will see an open lawn suddenly. The melody of absolute music flows with every step of your foot. Because many voice boxes disturbuted in plants all around the park. Not only the music played, you can also hear the voice of nature, for example, the birds singing, or the leaves in trees making sounds when winds blowing. The most impressing thing is that trees with its branches and leaves separate the sky from you, that means you look up and you will see trees but not directly sky when you are walking in the paths. Sometimes you are in a piece of lawn, it’s like a green cloud move away and you can see the sky. If you back to walk in the paths, you are under the green cloud again, which is full of the smell of nature. You also can find joy in Jiangnan Culture Museum, getting knowledge of jiangnan culture.

Ann and Ella belong to that kind of people ,and with the coming of the spring ,they began a travel without planning ,take leave without delay . Surprise, they met the unexpected surprises, do you want to know what’s that? Let me tell you their stories.
With the coming of spring, the weather is getting warm, so Ann and Ella started a travel without planning, they went to a beautiful town called WuZhen which was voted to be one of the most beautiful towns in south of China.
On the bus to WuZhen, there were so many people that Ann and Ella were standing uncomfortable . Beside them there were three boys, they were also go to WuZhen, they were outgoing，young and handsome. They were talking and laughing happily, suddenly the bus stopped out of imagine, Ann and Ella rushed to the head of the bus and hit two people. Without these two people ,two poor girl must be felled. When they looked up and want to say thank you ,they found the two boys looked at them too. With a little bit awkward ,they know each other ,a boy named Justin and one called Taylor and one called Leo. This is just a small episode, so the travel began!
Ann and Ella had a good time taking some interesting photos, absolutely unforgettable! Then they were so hungry that came to eat noodles, at that time ,there were a little bit crowded because it was already 6:30 .Luckily, Ann and Ella had a seat, but not so luckily to Taylor and Justin and little Leo, there were no other choice, the only thing they could do is sharing a table with strangers. Surprise, the “strangers” were Ann and Ella, it’s the second time boys and girls met. What is more incredible, the three boys were in the same school with the girls. then the journey becomes particularly meaningful and interesting because boys and girls finally decided travel together!

Then a lot of fascinating experience happened to them such as Ann was missed on the way, so others people went everywhere to find her .At last, Justin find her at a ice cream store and ate ice cream with Ann. They had a very happy time telling something about their friends and experience and so on ,then they fall in love to each other! What a surprise !
The other day is a rainy day ,but the boys had no umbrella, and because at that time Ann and Justin had already fall in love with each other, so they used one umbrella Here comes troubles! Only an umbrella was left ,but there were two boys, so how Ella to choose her partner? At last Ella chose Taylor, the boy she hit on the bus, and as a result ,they fall in love to each other too! How poor Leo was, he was still single!

Above all, that’s Ann and Ella’s trip, they met their on the way!See what? You can meet love on the road!So just travel out!

During your eating there, probably you will meet some animal friends, there’re monkeys and some very pretty little birds, peacocks join you sometimes also. After a pleasant meal in the morning, you can go sightseeing…oh, wait, that sounds pretty tired. You can do that, the hotel has so many free buses going all over the island, which is also pretty convenient. Or, totally lazy, just go to the beach next to the hotel, yes, the one so close that you can see on your balcony. Swimming, taking a sun bath, building a sand castle, it’s your call, as long as you are having a good time. Even that sounds too far? No problem, just go to the swimming pool, which is fun and close and you can order some nice foods there! For a relax moment, I really recommend the spa in the hotel, it’s really good, and the point is you don’t need to move a single finger!

Get Fall in Love with this Beautiful  Town!

When most people think of The Netherlands, they think of Amsterdam with it’s famous red lights
and  coffeeshops.  And maybe tulips too. but there is much more to the country than these three things. the Netherlands is country filled with historic cities, canals, beautiful farmland, windmills, and pleasant beaches.

Most travelers come to Netherlands and simply party in Amsterdam for a few days but by doing so they miss what much of the country has to offer. Spend time exploring more than just Amsterdam and coffeeshops and you’ll discover the country are beautiful than you think. I highly recommend heading north, especially in April/May when the tulips are in bloom, and also visiting Utrecht, one of my favorite cities south of Amsterdam.
Utrecht is like a mini-Amsterdam but lacks the crowds of Amsterdam. The old city is centered around an old church, the Dom.

The main area of town is centered near the Oudegracht, or “old canal”. it’s the main canal in town and along it are shops and a plethora of restaurants. The restaurants are located on a level below the street alongside the canals.

on the nice weather day ,the city is packed and all the tables along the canal were taken. After some walking, you can enjoyed some outdoor drinking by the canal, soaking up the sun with all the Dutch, who apparently don’t need to work on a Friday.
Overall, Utrecht is a nice city and a good, relaxing alternative to Amsterdam.
