Tom is a new Chinese. His parents took him to China for their work. In the primary school, Tom made friends with Lin, a cheerful Chinese boy. Lin and Tom became best friends quickly and Lin invited Tom to his home. Today is Saturday, Tom went to Lin’s home early in the morning.Tom arrived at Lin’s home at 8：00 am.

“ Hi, Tom. Welcome to my home.” Lin said. Then he took Tom to the dining room and introduced Tom to his family. Tom found Lins are eating breakfast.

“ Tom, have you eaten breakfast？” Lin’s grandma, an amiable elderly asked Tom.

“ Yes.” Tom answered.

“ How about eating some Chinese breakfast? Children need more food. Let me spoon a bowl of gruel for you.” Grandma pulled Tom to the chair and handed over a bowl of gruel to him. Tom had no choice to say no.

“ Tom, try this pickled ginger. This is made by myself.” Grandma clipped a piece of pickled ginger to Tom.

Tom looked at the ginger and said embarrassedly:“ Sorry, grandma. I don’t like ginger’s taste.” Actually, Tom never find ginger at home.

“ It’s very delicious. Believe grandma. You will like it.” Lin recommended actively.

Listening Liu’s assurance, Tom decided to try this ginger. And then he found this pickled ginger is sour and sweet without pungent taste.And it was very crip.

“ It’s delicious.” Tom said amazed.

After breakfast, Grandpa and grandma went out for a walk. Lin’s father went for a friend’s party and Lin’s mother went to the supermarket. Tom and Lin learned together in Lin’s bedroom. At about 11:00am, Tom went to the dinning room for water. Lin’s Mom had come back and she were cooking lunch.

“ Tom, Lin said you like fish. Today I cook sweet and sour fish for you. OK?”Lin’s Mom said.

“ Oh, I like it. Thank you, aunt.”Tom said. And he saw Lin’s mom rubbed the bottom of the pan with a ginger before she fried the fish. He was confused.

“ Why you do this?” Tom asked.

“ Rubbing the bottom of the pan with a ginger first,then the fish will be complete. Because there is a substance in the ginger can film a protective form on the surface of the pan, It can protect the fish. And ginger can dispel fishy smell.”

“ It’s magical. I never know ginger has these effects.” Tom said.

“ Ginger has some other effects.” Lin’s Mom said.“ Ginger is used widely in China. When people get or cold, they can decoct ginger into hot ginger to remit symptom. In addition, I used to stick a piece of ginger on Lin’s navel when he starts long journey to avoid carsickness. And in winter, Lin’s hand used to developing frostbite, I’ll rub his hand with ginger to cure frostbite. Grandma and Grandpa often use ginger to do foot bath, which is good for their rheumatism. Sometimes, Lin’s father need drink, I use ginger juicing to sober him up.” When it come to Ginger, Lin’s Mom had so many ideas.

“ Aunt,you change my idea of ginger. I’ll tell my mom about the ginger.”Tom said.

At about 12:00 am, Tom with Lin’s family enjoyed their lunch. After lunch, Lin’s mom make a dessert——“Jiang Zhuang Nai”. Lin’s mom told Tom that this dessert is made of milk and ginger. “ First, make ginger into juicing, and boil the milk. Then, stir the milk until it is 70℃. Mix the juicing and milk quickly, and cover them with a lid. After 5 minutes, you can enjoy your dessert.” Lin’s Mom introduced in detail.
“ Why is the dessert like a Pudding?” Tom asked.

“ Because something in milk and ginger mixed and occur chemical reaction.” Lin’s Mom answered.

In the afternoon, Tom and Lin reviewed their study. At about 16:00 pm, Tom had to go back home. He leave Lin’s home with a bowl of “ Jiang Zhuang Nai”. On this day, Tom changed his prejudice against ginger. How about you?

In 2002, in the slope, north of Changbai Mountian, two local people found “monsters”. In 2005, water sprite appeared again. The witnesses said it was like a whale or a submarine. In 2006, the “Monster” swam in the North Korean side of the water. It was channeling up and down, just like a water seal. From the telescope, it looked black and not very big. Somebody said it like a dinosaur, somebody considered it as a big iron, others thought it was a Buffalo. It disappeared in the water for ten minutes. At that time, more than one hundred visitors saw it. In 2013, hundreds of visitors saw two monsters playing and swimming in the Tianchi’s lake.

Somebody thought the so-called monster is only an illusion, others thought that this is a way to attract the local tourists. Is water sprite really in Tianchi’s lake? Let’s take a closer take about Changbai Tianchi.

Famous Tianchi is located in the Changbai mountain peak volcanic vertebral at the top of the body and it is China’s largest crater lake. Tianchi is surrounded by many peculiar-looking peaks. Every year, there will be a spectacle that the fire could run out of the water. It’s amazing! For the material in the lake is in contact with water, and it will produce flames. Not all tourists can see the spectacular sight of Tianchi, Tianchi’s climate varies from minute to minute. Sometimes within one day, or even an hour, weather may change several times. I bet you have all watched some super hero movies, and felt the adrenalin pumping so badly that all you want to do is to go outside find yourself a spider or sneak into some secret research centre and get some X-rays. Then chill out, found that it is quite impossible. Don’t worry, now, 5 “useful” little tips will tell you, how being a super hero is that easy.

First, super-power, the most important aspect of being a super hero. They have super power to save people from danger, so, without that opportunity to be bitten by a mutant spider, what can you do? Well, it could be very easy. Go to a hospital and get yourself a doctor friend, beg him to take you to the pharmacy store and wander around, pretend you don’t care and pick up some drug with complicated instructions that you can’t understand a single word, watch how your friend respond, nervous? Great! Drink it with no hesitation! Can you feel the pain? That the feeling of super power. Still can’t spin? Don’t worry, you will discover your power at some point as you probably don’t know what it is yet.

Secondly, name and uniform. Oh, that’s the hard part, just take your time and find your name, as for a uniform, online shopping? Come on! You are a super hero, not some creepy transvestite! Fourth, get rid of your family. Oh, I almost can hear you screaming, “WHAT THE HELL?” I totally understand, your only doing this because you are still normal person, when you become a super hero, you will find being lonely is god damn good! You are the only one who holds the power. And your family? They are still normal people, will be your burden. They want you to go picnic with them, spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with them, how could you waste your time on such meaningless activities? The world is waiting for you to save it!

Number five, I am running out of tips, sorry, because you see… Being a super hero is such a meaningless and low-probability thing. I am not saying that super hero shouldn’t exist, they should, but only in comics and movies, they entertain us and complement our boring normal life, sometimes being a symbol that shows us a certain positive spirit, that’s all. Tongxiang is located in the northern part of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Jiaxing Huzhou plain hinterland, is one of the five counties and cities in Jiaxing, in 1993 April a county to city. East 131 kilometers away from Shanghai, 74 kilometers from the north of Suzhou, 65 kilometers west of Hangzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou Golden Triangle.

 

Tongxiang City as part of the territory of the Yangtze River delta plain, in low and flat, no hills, approximately southeast northwest high, low, slightly skewed towards Taihu.Especially,there are Beijing Hangzhou the Grande Canale across the Tongxiang.I can see boat in river many times.

Now a days, I can see some new modes of transportation, especially in the following two ways.

 

1. PUBLIC BICYCLE

 

Public bicycle,in the public bicycle system service site. The site is based on the city public traffic planning a distance is arranged in the subway exit, community gate, tourist attractions and other densely populated area rental site, through public bicycle rental station service management system can manage the public bicycle. 2. HIGH-SPEED TRAIN

 

There were no high speed train in Tongxiang,things change before we came here.I do not know what does this meaning to Tongxiangers,but this is only choice for most of us.I mean college.

High-speed train generally refers to the rail vehicle bearing operating load and power, but in the power of modern centralized train, train more close to the traditional roles of locomotive train, the train is generally not bearing load carrier. In Chinese, at speeds of up to 250km or more known as the “bullet train”.

 

In fact,the road in Tongxiang is also distinguishing.One of the road named FISH SWIM.People over there like fish running,fast andefficient.We know that women enjoy in walking,clothing,and shopping.This is impressive to me,especially in this southern small town.
